As part of our newly formed EMEA & ROW division, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily e-commerce operations, including website updates, campaigns, and trading plans, to enhance the user experience and drive sales.

You’ll work closely with our Digital, Creative, and Brand teams to support trading and campaign launches. Your entrepreneurial and analytical skills will directly influence engagement, conversion, and ultimately, business revenue.

Key responsibilities will include:
Manage daily e-commerce operations, updating content and executing trading plans to drive conversion and sales
Maintain the content across the websites, ensuring accuracy and relevance across all markets.
Brief all promotional assets and copy for each markets and languages
Merchandising of the sites and products launches; ensure all content, onsite promotions and activations are executed on time and operating successfully.
Plan, brief and execute exciting direct to consumer campaigns, ensuring they are engaging to our customers and deliver against our commercial goals.
Collaborate with developers to enhance website functionalities and introduce new features.
Conduct A/B tests and analyse key metrics, using insights to optimise content, user journey, and conversion rates. and leverage best practices to make recommendations for improvements
Consistently audit and optimise the sites to improve user experience, onsite search, bestsellers, bundles, categorisation, filters.
Work closely with SEO partners to boost organic search results across all markets.
Support paid social, search, and other digital projects as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
Prior experience in an ecommerce role, ideally across European markets with multi-language exposure.
Proficient in website management, preferably on Shopify.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar, and Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.
