US - PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER - NEW YORK - $110,000 to $130,000
Medik8 is a UK-based clinical skincare company dedicated to providing high-quality results-driven skincare products that are backed by scientific research and innovation. Medik8 has a global presence with a high growth trajectory specifically in the US market.
You will play a crucial role in delivering revenue through all acquisition media channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, SEO, and Influencer. You will work alongside agencies (Media agency, Amazon agency) & internal teams to launch in-channel campaign activity and optimize performance to achieve our ambitious business goals.
The ideal candidate will be commercially-minded with a proven track record of management and optimisation of performance marketing channels either working at an agency or in-house.

Key responsibilities will include:
● Lead paid media strategy across DTC site, e-tailers, and oversee Amazon. Including Paid Social (Meta & Tiktok), Paid Search, Display, Organic Search, and Affiliate Marketing
● Design, implement and own strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion KPIs, CTR, CPC, and lifetime revenue growth.
● Oversee full funnel paid media execution and budget and manage external media relationships.
● Manage the creative process for ad programs, working cross-functionally on the ideation, briefing, and editing of content and assets.
● Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on audience segmentation, content, landing pages, and other ad-related elements.
● Performance reporting across different marketing channels & creative, sharing results with the wider team.
● Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through testing (media, creative), and always identify new ideas to optimize CAC.
● Utilize a data-oriented mindset to set measurable targets and strategies, analyzing pre- and post-campaign performance for continuous improvement.
● Partnering closely with external agencies as well as internal creative, brand, PR, influencer and social teams.
● Maintain and project manage the acquisition marketing calendar. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and freelancers to launch new marketing campaigns & creative across all channels.
● Partner with Amazon media agency to optimize media spend and recommendations based on performance and creative.
● Own the creative briefing process for paid social & paid search ads to make sure we are always building on existing best performers and testing new creative concepts.
● Partner with affiliate agency & publisher commercial teams to drive product inclusion on an ongoing basis and key campaign moments.
The successful candidate will:
● Have 7+ years of experience in a similar role working in an agency or in-house
● Have experience in-platform (Meta, Google, Tiktok, Amazon)
● The ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other business leaders with decision-making.
● Have experience working with paid social & paid search channels, understanding different campaign & creative types, and best practice creative process
● Have experience building relationships with external media agencies
● Have strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate acquisition results, and using the data to inform future marketing campaigns
● Be a hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team.
● Have an interest or curiosity for beauty or skincare.
