The Global Brand team plays a key role within Medik8 by producing the exciting assets that form the basis of our campaigns, as well as being the guardians of the Global brand. Very much digital and creative people, we collaborate across the organisation to deliver first-class design, content, products and services in an agile and data-driven manner.

Working closely with the Head of Brand Campaigns & Brand Managers, you will be an ambassador of Medik8 ensuring that the brand’s visual identity is globally aligned across all our markets and channels.
This is an ideal role for a commercially minded, organised and creative self-starter, with excellent project management skills. You will be driven by achieving objectives and helping to fuel the brand to new levels of continuous growth.

In more detail your role will include:
Developing and rolling out gift with purchase and merchandise items across global markets, to guarantee the maximum potential of the brand, analysing the success and impact these have to drive growth. Working closely with an agency on concepts, right through to SKU set up and working with logistics and sales teams to deliver to global markets.
Championing the brand by maintaining the overall Global Guideline documents, carrying out training to new starters in the company to ensure adherence and consistency internally.
Being responsible for visual brand audits across each of the distributor markets and brand websites, ensuring assets are implemented correctly, guaranteeing global consistency across key external touchpoints.
Being the main point of reference for all distributor marketing enquiries; acting as a bridge between Brand and the distributor markets.
Providing core support to the Brand Managers on major brand campaigns, including but not limited to assisting with shoot organisation, creating campaign asset toolkits and sharing assets with global teams.
Keeping on top of the latest global trends and competitor monitoring in the Skincare and Beauty industry, particularly across social platforms.
Establishing and maintaining great relationships with internal and external partners to drive the best campaign results.

Are educated to a degree level.
Have a passion for skincare and cosmetics.
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the highest focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Have experience of local market activation.
Are comfortable with data analysis but equally creatively-minded with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Have a willingness to learn and are passionate about developing.
Are self-motivated to work independently, yet highly collaborative within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
