In this important role, you'll be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent for key areas including Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing. You'll look for candidates who not only bring the right skills but also genuinely align with our values and contribute positively to our unique culture. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for these critical roles, playing a key part in our continued growth and success.
This hybrid role, 3 days a week at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury (HP22 5WJ) and 2 days remote working, offers the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic, high-growth environment. If you’re proactive and thrive on collaboration, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy: Support and implement Medik8's talent acquisition strategy, contributing directly to our business growth objectives.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to define precise role requirements, design effective interview processes, and establish robust candidate assessment methods.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the complete recruitment cycle for critical roles, from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through to successful offer management.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and nurture strong talent pipelines using a variety of methods, including direct sourcing, professional networking, and leveraging our employer brand.
- Process Optimisation & Candidate Experience: Continuously review and refine our recruitment processes to ensure maximum efficiency, promote diversity, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Utilise recruitment data to track key hiring metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform improvements.
- Employer Brand Advocate: Actively promote Medik8's unique employer brand, showcasing our vibrant culture and core values to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, adept at using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Demonstrable experience supporting a manufacturing & operations environment is essential.
- Proficiency with using CV databases and professional networks to source candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- The ability to exercise effective judgement, confidentiality, and sensitivity to changing situations.
- A proactive attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
