Collaborating closely with Research & Development and the Education Team, you'll create outstanding training materials and deliver world-class educational initiatives that cement our position as an industry leader. Your work will guarantee our partners are equipped to provide the ultimate Medik8 journey to every customer.
In more detail your role will include:
Provide Medik8 partners with the best education experience, ensuring high brand standards and consistent excellence in the consumer journey.
Champion educational excellence by delivering and hosting advanced training and events that empower Medik8's global, multichannel partners.
Create engaging and effective educational content, leveraging best practices and the LMS to maximise the impact of every product and protocol.
Cultivate strong brand relationships with training partners and delegates, ensuring a consistently positive brand experience.
Actively support Medik8’s educational presence at industry, PR, and consumer events, and represent the brand across social and digital education channels.
Play a key role in innovation launches by expertly hosting and facilitating professional trials and product onboarding.
Serve as a subject matter expert, continuously exploring and implementing new professional and educational initiatives that align with Medik8’s mission:
“Simplifying the route to great skin through the highest quality, most efficacious, and trusted dermatological skincare products and education on the market.”
We would love to hear from you if you……
Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty qualification. NVQ Level 4 is highly desirable.
Have industry experience within a professional clinic environment. Ideally working with a variety of modalities, active ingredients and exposure to many different professional brands.
Demonstrated experience as a Professional Beauty Educator, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality training within the professional skincare industry.
Have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be confident to engage with an audience face to face and virtually.
Have excellent presentation skills and are able to influence and inspire any audience with the highest focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Bring a creative and engaging approach to education, with the confidence to think innovatively when designing and delivering content that drives delegate engagement and retention.
Are a self-starter with the ability to be able to adapt to education situations.
Have exceptional customer experience and client care skills
Have a passion for skincare and cosmetics.
