Senior Global Education Manager FTC
The Senior Education Manager is a vital part of our Global Customer Experience team, acting as the creative force and strategic driver behind the education that supports our industry-leading treatments and game-changing products.
You’ll be responsible for embedding our global education strategy to ensure we deliver the best educational experiences and maximise the potential of our entire portfolio. You won't just be delivering education; you will be helping to deliver great skincare for all.

You'll drive strategic training initiatives, create outstanding educational content, and fully leverage our Learning Management System to maximise the potential of our product portfolio. Your work will guarantee our partners are equipped to provide the ultimate Medik8 journey to every customer.
In more detail your role will include:
- Strategically planning and managing all global education and training initiatives, including materials, events, and their efficiency evaluation, across all channels, ensuring optimal return for brand objectives.
- Leading the strategic vision and conceptualisation of innovative educational content, ensuring its design fully leverages the LMS and maximises the potential of every existing product, protocol and NPL.
- Actively seeking and evaluating new innovations for the professional channel, leading their implementation through effective project management.
- Managing and monitoring partner trainer performance, ensuring adherence to set delivery protocols and a high standard of training execution to elevate Medik8 education standards globally.
- Collaborating simultaneously with Medik8 key stakeholders and partners via regular visits and analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, proactively address challenges, and leverage education for continuous high performance.
- Embodying a core Medik8 representative, providing active support for educational initiatives at industry, PR and consumer events, and educational representation across social channels.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, continuously exploring and implementing new professional and educational initiatives that align with Medik8’s mission: “Simplifying the route to great skin through the highest quality, most efficacious, and trusted dermatological skincare products and education on the market.”
Requirements:
- Experience in executing a global education strategy is essential.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage day-to-day operations while driving the brand vision.
- Have experience as an inspirational and persuasive leader, able to sell new concepts and build enthusiasm, fostering a strong sense of community within our global education and training population.
- Have excellent project management skills to effectively lead the implementation of new initiatives, from concept through to evaluation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Have a deep understanding of dermatological products and protocols, as well as the educational needs of the multichannel beauty industry.
- Have a data-driven mindset to measure training efficiency and ROI, using these insights to make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable representing a brand both through physical interactions and digital spaces.
- Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty qualification.
