At Medik8, we believe in science-backed skincare that makes a difference. As a globally recognised beauty brand, we are expanding our presence across EMEA & ROW markets and are looking for a PR & Social Manager to lead our communications, influencer, and social initiatives across multiple regions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the nuances of beauty, PR, and social media in different cultures and markets.

Key Responsibilities
PR & Communications
Develop and execute impactful PR strategies for EMEA & ROW, aligned with global brand goals.
Manage and coordinate regional PR agencies to deliver consistent, on-brand messaging and strong results.
Cultivate strong relationships with beauty editors, journalists, dermatologists, and thought leaders across priority markets.
Manage reactive PR, industry responses, and crisis communication, ensuring brand reputation is safeguarded.
Lead creative storytelling initiatives across media channels, including press releases, thought leadership, and digital features.
Set benchmarks, measure outcomes, and report on PR campaign performance.
Influencer Marketing
Own the influencer strategy across EMEA & ROW, from identifying and onboarding creators to negotiating contracts.
Build strong, long-term relationships with beauty and lifestyle influencers, with a focus on France and Germany.
Develop innovative influencer campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and advocacy.
Ensure all partnerships are compliant with contracts, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
Track performance, ROI, and insights to optimise future campaigns.
Social Media (Regional Focus)
Localise global social media strategy for EMEA & ROW audiences, ensuring tone, messaging, and content resonate culturally.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Drive community engagement, building strong relationships with local followers and responding to cultural trends.
Identify and act on opportunities for social activations around regional events, product launches, and partnerships.
Monitor competitor activity and social media trends, sharing insights to keep Medik8 ahead of the curve.
Support in creating and approving localised content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years’ experience in PR, influencer, or social media management, ideally within the beauty industry.
Deep understanding of European markets, with proven expertise in France and Germany (essential).
Strong track record managing PR agencies and influencer contracts across multiple regions.
Proven ability to build relationships with media and influencers in beauty/lifestyle categories.
Fluent in English; French and/or German strongly preferred.
Experience delivering measurable PR and influencer campaign results.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
