Quality Assurance Operative

About the Role:
Our Quality Team strives for excellence and continuous improvement. They ensure that all processes, from raw materials to finished goods, are in compliance with company and quality standards, and that compliance with GMP is maintained at all times.
PM Shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Perform QC inspections on Goods received and manufacturing picks to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Perform bulk passing checks and releases.
Review batch documentation to ensure compliance with written instructions.
Deviation Management: Identify and report any issues in accordance with deviation SOP. Perform impact assessments for deviations, identify root cause, and raise CAPAs.
Support teams through the deviation process.
Support with CAPA action closure.
Follow GMP and data integrity principles to a high standard.
Review and update SOPs/WIs, when required.
Provide Quality support for the QC and operational teams.
Continually improve standards, monitor hygiene, quality, and product safety issues on a daily basis.
Guarantee the success of ad hoc projects to improve the smooth running of the production and logistics processes.
Requirements:
1+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
A strong sense of pride in your work, with close attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
