The D2C Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient processing of direct-to-consumer orders, which also includes Amazon fulfilment though FBA and MFN. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely order dispatch, system accuracy, and an excellent customer experience across D2C channels. It involves day-to-day liaison with couriers, 3PL providers, and customer service, as well as handling stock movements and returns.
Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of D2C order statuses, addressing any dispatch issues, and liaising with management on concerns.
Ensure successful collections and investigate any issues with carriers, keeping customer services updated.
Update orders and inventory systems, ensuring accurate invoicing and stock levels.
Resolve order issues on various platforms, coordinating with customer services as needed.
Oversee Amazon order fulfilment operations, including issue resolution, shipment tracking, and performance reporting
Oversee 3PL shipments, including customs paperwork and intercompany transfers.
Track and report on carrier performance
Handle customer service tickets, log returns, and quality assessments.
Manage stock transfers and ensure product availability, especially during promotions and peak times.
Support new product launches, run test orders, and ensure system integration.
Address any shipping issues with couriers, particularly those related to customs.
Track and report on customer complaints, maintaining accurate records.
Supporting the Warehouse with picking and packing orders during special promotions
Support the team with special projects and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements:
Have previous experience in a similar office-based role, preferably in logistics
Have excellent PC literacy skills.
Be able to plan ahead and work in an organised and efficient manner
Have strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
Have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently on the phone and in person – both internally and externally.
Understand basic logistics, customer or 3PL operations
