At Medik8, we are redefining skincare on a global scale. As our National Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our UK Commercial team, owning relationships with our premium retail partners Sephora and Harrods, while also supporting SNAM and the wider B2B channel.
This role is for someone who thrives on analysis, creativity, and commercial strategy. You’ll bring insight, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to drive ambitious growth targets. Your commercial expertise will ensure our brand continues to shine in the right stores, with the right products, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting & Delivery: Own retail and net sales forecasting, achieving financial targets, managing risk, and providing actionable insights from brand activity to maximise performance.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong partnerships at all levels within your accounts - from Buying to Merchandising and Marketing - to secure support for the brand.
Inventory & Assortment Management: Lead forecasting for NPD and core products, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability through robust demand planning cycles.
Commercial Negotiations: Drive pricing, distribution, in-store visibility, and support agreements through strong joint business planning (JBP).
Data & Insights Focused: Analyse performance and customer data to identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, spend, and frequency improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead processes like NPD forecasts, Stock on Hand, and Demand Planning cycles, coordinating across teams to meet deadlines and provide recommendations.
About You
3+ years of experience as a National Account Manager in beauty or premium consumer goods.
Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets, managing P&L, and owning JBPs.
Highly numerate, commercially-minded, and confident in strategic thinking and analysis.
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making; knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and present complex ideas clearly.
Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities, and embracing a growing, dynamic business.
