Manufacturing Compliance Operative
Medik8 is transforming the industry with science-backed technology and our dedication to exceptional skincare products has built a reputation for excellence. Our goal is to continue to scale the business through global expansion, multi-channel distribution, and product innovation.

manufacturing operations and adherence to all GMP and quality checks required within the manufacturing areas. Your role is to verify that all compliance and quality control activities are correctly executed. This is an oversight role—you ensure the checks are done, but you do not perform the manufacturing tasks yourself.
Please note, this role will be site-based, Monday to Friday – 10pm - 6:30am
For this opportunity, we are offering between £25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Long Service Awards
- 75% discount + Annual Product Allowance
- Flexible Career opportunities
- Up-skilling support + regular Lunch & Learns

Your daily work tasks could include:
- Material Verification: You will confirm materials and components before line acceptance, ensuring that the part number, LOT, expiry date, and quantity precisely match the allocated stock in the system (verifying part number, description, and expiry date).
- Equipment Readiness: Ensure all cleandown activities have been completed and line clearance is adequately followed, including visual checks, adherence to GMP, and hygiene standards.
- In-Process Control (IPC): Oversee the thorough completion of all in-process checks, verifying accuracy across key parameters:
- Product Details: Manufacturing Order LOT, finished product LOT number, and finished product expiry date.
- Physical Checks: Density determination, weight checks, and capping torque.
- Packaging Quality: Heat shrink sleeve quality (applied and melted), labelling (tolerance and quality), cartoning and packing quality, and crimp seal quality. - GMP Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to GMP activities by all personnel. Promptly raise any suspected non-conformance to a Team Leader and initiate a Deviation report where necessary.
