Global Senior Brand Content Manager FTC
Do you live and breathe customer-centric storytelling? We are looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Content Manager to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term Maternity Cover and serve as the guardian of our "Results without Compromise" promise.
With the customer always front of mind, you will lead the global multi-channel evergreen strategy and content creation that actively moves the needle in brand consideration. Your mission is to cement our position as the trusted clinical skincare authority worldwide through powerful, distinctive, and accurate content.
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000
Responsibilities:
Global Content Strategy & Engagement: Lead the creation of compelling evergreen brand and product storytelling that drives brand equity and consumer engagement across all sales channels.
Key Narrative Ownership: Oversee and implement content for critical initiatives, including Medik8’s Scientific Voice, R&D storytelling, CSA methodology, ESG, Employer Branding, Professional Channel articulation, and GWPs/merchandise.
Product Claims Management (EPD): Systematically lead the update of key SKU product claims and clinical trial results in collaboration with R&D, managing the downstream communication for sustained growth.
Brand Governance: Proactively ensure global brand consistency by safeguarding the presentation and tone of voice, creating appropriate tools, templates, and content guidelines.Optimise internal workflow in close partnership with the Head of Brand Campaigns, Head of Communications, and Head of Creative.
Collaboration & Efficiency: Optimise internal workflow and drive economies of effort in close partnership with the Head of Brand Campaigns, Head of Communications, and Head of Creative.
Team Leadership: Act as an inspiring, empathetic leader who fosters a positive environment where the team thrives through coaching and clear focus.
Requirements:
Educated to a degree level (ideally business or marketing background).
Proven experience within a fast-paced consumer sales environment.
A strong understanding of a mix of distribution points (e.g., direct-to-consumer, professional, retail).
A passion for skincare and cosmetics.
Demonstrable ability to create and develop a strong brand vision and action plans.
An understanding of market trends and an ability to proactively respond to customer needs.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills, able to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong prioritisation and analytical skills combined with sound commercial acumen to collaborate effectively with commercial and finance teams.
Successful experience in managing people, with a focus on empowerment and coaching to develop team talent.
