Demand Planner - North America
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $90-105K

We are seeking a Demand Planner who will be responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts across multiple channels and countries, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts. This role partners closely with Channel Owners, Product Development, Logistics and Supply Chain to translate business plans into accurate, actionable forecasts.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts at SKU levels across multiple channels (DTC, Amazon, retail, etc.) across North America region.
Analyze historical sales, promotions, product launches, seasonality, and market trends to drive forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Channel Owners to incorporate promotions, campaigns, and new product development into demand plans.
Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to align demand plans with production capacity and lead times.
Monitor forecast performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and present demand insights, KPIs, and recommendations to leadership.
Continuously improve forecasting tools, processes, and data quality.
Qualifications:
Significant experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or related Planning roles.
Strong analytical skills (highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets) with proven ability to create ad hoc models and reports as needed.
Experience with ERP and forecasting platforms (Odoo, Anaplan, or similar).
Team player with an eagerness to learn and take part in a fast-paced, scaling company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently.
