As a Hygiene operative, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations meet the highest GMP standards. Ensuring all cleaning, sanitisation and disinfecting processes are executed in a safe and meticulous manner required for the production of our premium skincare products as we continue to grow.

For this opportunity, we are offering up to £27,000 depending on experience. Working Monday to Friday onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deep Cleaning: Sanitise complex blending vessels, conveyor systems, and filling lines to 100% prevent cross-contamination.

• GMP Compliance: Follow strict SOPs and verify cleaning effectiveness through bacterial/particle swabbing.

• Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time logs for all cleaning schedules and equipment status.

• Chemical Safety: Safely dilute, handle, and store industrial cleaning agents in line with COSHH.

• Waste Management: Efficiently process general and hazardous production waste per environmental guidelines.

• Cross-Team Collab: Coordinate with Engineering and QA to schedule deep cleans without slowing down production.

Requirements

• Previous industrial hygiene experience (Cosmetics, Pharma, or Food).

• Proven understanding of COSHH and GMP standards.

• An uncompromising attitude toward hygiene and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage your own cleaning schedule with minimal supervision.

• Strong verbal and written skills for accurate reporting.
