Marketing Apprentice

Apprenticeship Requirement
This role includes enrolment onto a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship (equivalent to the first year of a university degree), which you will complete alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.
Due to funding requirements, we cannot consider candidates who already hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a closely related subject.
The start date for this opportunity is July/August 2026.
This is a hybrid role based Monday - Friday. For this opportunity we will be paying £26,000.

This is an apprenticeship role offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
In more detail, your role will include:
Cross-Team Support & Alignment
Working closely with the Brand Activation Manager to support all brand marketing activities, such as in-store and free-standing consumer events.
Supporting the professional channel across all launch and campaign initiatives.
Assisting with the maintenance and updates of our in-store visual merchandising across the full estate.
Collaborating with the Trade Marketing Manager to deliver trade marketing campaigns for all our e-retail and retail partners.
Partnering with the PR team to support monthly mailers, seeding lists, and new talent prospecting.
Marketing Support
Developing and briefing diverse marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines, timing, and budget (POSM, launch materials, newsletters).
Supporting the management of the UK masterplan, ensuring updates are on time and accurate.
Distributing weekly communications to the team regarding key links and recent activity.
Coordinating the rollout of samples, testers, GWP, and POS materials for new launches.
Executing online and in-store "snagging" checks for all new launches to ensure premium execution.
Reporting & Insights
Monitoring benchmarks for measuring the impact of Marketing & PR campaigns.
Proposing new tracking measures to improve ways of working.
Analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness to maximise results and future learnings.
Gathering qualitative field feedback on new launches and capturing competitor activity.
Operational Management
Assisting with raising POs and maintaining the regional marketing/PR PO tracker.
Managing the PR & marketing cupboard, including weekly stock orders and usage tracking.
Overseeing VM inventory with our supplier to ensure it is maintained and accessible.

Have a bright, positive attitude and a confident, inclusive demeanour.
Possess a strong understanding of the beauty market and its key players.
Are adept in Google Sheets/Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for data analysis and reporting.
Have excellent relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
Are a creatively minded individual with excellent organisational and time-management skills
Are self-motivated to work independently, yet highly collaborative within a fast-paced environment.
Have a passion for skincare science and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Can demonstrate extensive experience within a marketing or administrative support environment, preferably within the cosmetics or premium consumer goods industry.
