Medik8 is a breakthrough beauty business where high-performance science meets a culture of collective ambition. As we scale our footprint in the US, we are looking for an organized, high-energy Marketing Co-ordinator to become a vital hub for our New York team.
This is a role for someone who wants to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced environment. You won’t just be ticking boxes; you’ll be a key driving force behind our campaign execution, retail activations, and the day-to-day operations that keep our brand at the cutting edge.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the logistics and coordination that bring our carefully formulated launches to life. From navigating the complexities of retail channels like Dermstore and Amazon to ensuring our in-person events run flawlessly, you will be the person who ensures our high standards are met at every touchpoint.
Base Salary: $75-85k
Your Responsibilities:
Campaign Momentum: Support the Marketing Manager with the end-to-end execution of product launches and brand campaigns.
Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day logistics for retail initiatives, creative requests, and asset delivery, ensuring nothing stalls.
Retail Presence: Co-lead PDP updates across key US channels, ensuring our digital storefronts are as compelling as our science.
Insight & Analysis: Drive the execution of analytical reports, tracking both competitive trends and internal sales data to keep us ahead of the curve.
Creative Support: Assist in developing multi-channel assets and presentations that tell the Medik8 story to internal and external partners.
Precision Logistics: From budget management and PO raising to coordinating essential product shipments, you’ll keep our operations organized and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty industry, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Location: Based in NYC, ready to collaborate in person 2 days per week in our hybrid model.
Technical Skill: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential for our data-driven approach.
Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives on accountability. You can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the details.
Communication: An expert communicator who can collaborate across diverse teams and protect our brand values in every interaction.
