PR, Influencer & Advocacy Manager (Mat Cover 4/5 days)
At Medik8, we are moving at a phenomenal pace, and we are looking for a highly organised CRM Executive to join us during an incredibly busy and exciting period. As we continue to elevate and expand our CRM strategy across global channels, we need someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about retention to help drive us forward.
This role goes far beyond day-to-day campaign sends. You will play a key part in supporting the evolution of our lifecycle and loyalty strategy, helping shape communications across email and SMS/MMS channels while ensuring all messaging reflects our premium brand voice. The Details
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
Duration: 12 Months
Working Pattern: 4–5 days per week
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
Current office location: Centennial Park, Elstree
Please note: We are planning to relocate to Central London in 2027
In more detail, your role will include:
Campaign Delivery: Drive core channel activities across email and SMS/MMS, ensuring all campaigns are accurately planned, briefed, and delivered right on time.
Content & Copywriting: Take the lead on producing high-quality CRM copy aligned with our brand guidelines, while supporting wider digital content initiatives across paid social and search where needed.
Testing & Optimisation: Conduct robust A/B testing across content and creatives, monitoring campaign performance to make data-led recommendations that improve engagement.
Loyalty & Retention: Support the development and execution of loyalty initiatives to keep our customers coming back, driving long-term retention and ROI further down the road.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
CRM Experience: Previous experience within a CRM, email marketing, or retention-focused role (agency or in-house).
Platform & Data Skills: Confidence using CRM tools to build and test campaigns, alongside a solid grasp of Excel or Google Analytics to track trading metrics.
A Way with Words: Excellent written communication skills paired with meticulous proofreading abilities to capture our premium tone.
The Right Mindset: You are an enthusiastic, solutions-focused team player who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing your sharp eye for detail.
