Influencer & Community Executive
Role overview
As our EMEA & ROW Influencer & Community Executive, you’ll play an important role in the scaling of Medik8’s brand awareness in key international markets. Sitting within our EMEA & ROW marketing team, you will provide essential support to the EMEA & ROW PR & Influencer Manager while owning a number of responsibilities including creator discovery and selection, content monitoring and reporting and product seeding on an international scale.
At Medik8, we are moving at a phenomenal pace, so we’re looking for someone to join us who is highly organised, diligent, agile and creative. You should have an innate passion for influencer marketing and community building, be eager to learn and have a proven ability to juggle multiple projects, maintain strong relationships and deliver high-impact work.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hybrid working: This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our office and 2 days from home
Location: Centennial Park, Elstree but relocating to Hay's Galleria, London Bridge from November 2026
Key responsibilities
Creator Community Building
Own the development of the Medik8 creator community in key regions by:
Working closely with PR agencies to build a strong, broad yet targeted database of relevant influencers who align with the Medik8 brand
Utilising CreatorIQ’s influencer discovery platform to inform talent selection
Ensuring all talent within the selected creator pool aligns with Medik8’s influencer tiers and has a clear reason to engage with the brand
Cultivating your own strong relationships with creators to drive long-term brand alignment and authentic content
Content Monitoring and Reporting
Own the setup, monitoring and reporting of all regional influencer campaigns (both paid and organic) using CreatorIQ
Analyse content and creator performance to identify over and under delivering influencers, detailing learnings from all campaigns to take forward into future activity
Keep a close track on EMEA & ROW influencer KPIs, providing an action plan in advance of any key performance indicators falling behind their intended target
Support the EMEA & ROW PR & Influencer Manager in compiling global monthly reports
Identify best-in-class content to be considered for use across paid social, relevant country websites and Medik8 emails. Support with negotiating necessary usage rights
Talent Gifting
Drive consistent EMV growth by actioning, together with the PR agencies and EMEA & ROW PR & Influencer Manager, a robust always-on gifting programme to accelerate awareness by regularly gifting existing and new talent
This will include owning the product and packaging order process, aligning with PR agencies on accompanying printed collateral and working closely with the global team to support seeding of key product mailers
Work closely with the Senior Global Social, Influencer & Events Executive to execute ‘Surprise & Delight’ moments, designed to reward and engage Medik8’s most loyal followers and superfans in relevant regions
You will be responsible for owning the delivery of this comprehensive seeding programme for new and core hero products

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Proven, relevant experience working in an agency or in-house for a relevant brand
A proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
An organised, detail-oriented and proactive nature
Excellent written and communication skills
A love of skincare and an interest in the influencer marketing industry
